General Notice

The protection of your personal data is of central importance to us. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations (GDPR, BDSG) and this privacy policy.

This statement informs you about what data we collect, for what purpose we use it, and what rights you have in this regard.

1. Hosting by IONOS

Our website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany.

When you visit our website, the following data is automatically collected and processed by IONOS:

  • Website visited
  • Date and time of access
  • Amount of data transferred
  • Referral source (referrer URL)
  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • IP address (anonymized where applicable)

This data is used for the technical provision, stability and security of the website.

2. SSL/TLS Encryption

To protect the transmission of confidential content, our website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the address bar of your browser ("https://") and the lock symbol. Data that you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties as a result.

3. Contact Form

When you send us an inquiry via the contact form, your details from the form, including the contact data provided, are stored for the purpose of processing the inquiry and for possible follow-up questions.

This data is not passed on to third parties without your explicit consent. We use it solely to answer your enquiry and not for advertising.

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries).

4. Downloads and self-assessments

The materials offered on our website, such as the self-assessments on digital maturity, can be downloaded without registration and without providing personal data. We collect neither your email address nor any other contact details.

Completed documents stay on your device and are not transmitted to us. We currently do not offer a newsletter.

5. Fonts (locally hosted)

For the uniform display of fonts, our website uses exclusively self-hosted fonts. These are served directly from our own server; there is no connection to third-party servers (such as Google Fonts), and no personal data such as your IP address is transmitted to third parties.

6. No web analytics, no embedded third-party content

We do not use any web analytics services. There is no tracking, no usage profiling and no transfer of data to third parties for analysis purposes, in particular not to Google Analytics or comparable services.

Videos on our website are served from our own server and are not embedded via YouTube. Visiting our pages therefore transfers no data to video platforms. Links to our YouTube profile or to LinkedIn are plain links: data is only transmitted to those providers once you click the link.

Google Maps and translation services are not integrated.

7. Cookies and local storage

Our website sets no tracking cookies. Only technically necessary information is stored in your browser's local storage, such as your chosen language, light or dark display mode and your decision in the notice banner.

This information never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us or to third parties. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.

The legal basis is Section 25 (2) TDDDG for technically necessary storage, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

8. No transfer to AI services

We operate our AI systems on our own hardware in Germany. Your enquiries and submitted content are not passed on to external language model providers and are not used to train models.

9. Your rights under the GDPR

You have the right at any time to:

  • •Access to stored personal data (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • •Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • •Erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • •Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • •Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • •Objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)

For questions or to exercise your rights, please contact: info@neurovexon.com

In addition, you have the right to file a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.
