IP & Licensing

Protection for the innovations, clear models for partners. Three utility models registered at the German DPMA.

Registered utility models

● Status: registered

Three utility models were filed with the German Patent and Trade Mark Office on 4 May 2026 and have been registered since May 2026 (No. 20 2026 002 048, 20 2026 002 051, 20 2026 002 052).

GM 1

Sparse Attention Fusion

Hardware mechanism for detecting and skipping null operands in attention processing.

GM 2

Adaptive Precision

Hardware-supported automatic switching of compute precision for throughput improvement.

GM 3

Hardware KV-Cache

On-chip memory architecture for caching language-model states.

Vexon-1 is verified today as an FPGA prototype — connected via a standard AXI4 interface, as is common in the chip industry. This makes the NPU block cleanly integrable into third-party SoC designs.

Vexon-1 as a building block in a customer SoC

Licensing models

Three paths — from IP block licensing to chip sales.

IP Licensing (primary)

Partners integrate the Vexon-1 NPU block into their own SoC — analogous to the ARM IP model. Recurring license fees plus royalties per chip produced.

Chip sales (secondary)

NeuroVexon-Vexon-1 as a standalone component for customers who don't build a custom SoC. Unit prices depending on volume and configuration.

Appliance / OEM module (tertiary)

Pre-integrated hardware box with Vexon-1 for direct end-customer use in industrial, defense and public-sector scenarios.

Our licensing principles

Sovereignty

German IP, sovereign foundry partnerships, GDPR-compliant — the entire value chain remains traceable.

Local support

Engineering and contract negotiation in Germany. No ticket system overseas, but direct contacts.

Fair terms

We aim for sustainable partnerships, not short-term maximum royalties. IP licenses are long-term relationships.

Vexon-1 — a licensable AI core for your chip design

The video shows in one minute why Europe’s AI mostly runs on foreign hardware today — and how Vexon-1 integrates into your own chip design as an auditable NPU block via the standard AXI4 interface.
