Edge-AI consulting — from architecture to IP block

We support product and chip manufacturers from the architecture decision to the integration of the Vexon-1 IP block. Plus IT and digitalization consulting for SMEs and the public sector: AI integration, automation, sovereign infrastructure with local language models.

Edge-AI consulting

We assess your workloads, latency and energy budgets and show the realistic path to running AI directly on the device — GDPR-compliant, without the cloud.

  • Workload & feasibility analysis (sensors, vision, language models)
  • Architecture and hardware selection for edge deployments
  • Honest assessment: what works today, what the roadmap adds

IP-block consulting

Want to integrate an NPU block into your own chip design? We advise on embedding Vexon-1 via the standard AXI4 interface — from specification to verification.

  • Integrating the Vexon-1 NPU block into your SoC (AXI4)
  • Licensing and IP model tailored to your product
  • FPGA-proven RTL base, auditable European IP

A large partner network

What the core team does not cover, the network does: we connect you with the right partners for design, manufacturing, software and integration — including software companies that can take over development when needed.

  • Access to specialised design and engineering partners
  • End-to-end: from concept through prototype to production
  • One point of contact, one coordinated team
  • Software development on request: partner companies handle implementation, integration and maintenance

Established partnerships

Established partnerships in the semiconductor industry and the software sector support every project — from first assessment to production.

  • Semiconductor industry: chip design, IP commercialisation and integration
  • Software sector: AI stacks, tooling and applications
  • Rooted in the German and European value chain

IT & Digitalization Consulting

AI belongs inside your existing IT — not next to it. We advise SMEs, public administration and social organizations in the Stuttgart region and beyond: from AI integration into existing systems and process automation to sovereign infrastructure with local language models.

  • AI integration into existing IT landscapes (CRM, DMS, Microsoft 365)
  • Process automation and workflow digitalization
  • Sovereign AI infrastructure: local language models instead of cloud lock-in

IT infrastructure & operations

Before AI can run, the foundation has to be right. We advise on servers, network and storage, compare cloud, hybrid and on-premise, and set up operations so they hold up in daily use.

  • Architecture and selection: servers, virtualisation, containers, network, storage
  • Cloud, hybrid or on-premise — compared on cost, data protection and dependency
  • Hardened operations: access rights, monitoring, backup and recovery
  • Local language models on your own hardware: sizing and safe operation

Established partnerships in semiconductors & software

NeuroVexon is at home in two worlds — semiconductors and software — and connects both into an end-to-end edge AI value chain.

Semiconductor industry

From chip design and IP commercialisation to SoC integration: we speak the language of hardware and bring the right partners to the table.

Software sector

From our own software heritage we know AI stacks, tooling and integration — so the IP block doesn't sit in a vacuum but runs in a real product.

Training & certificate courses

We pass on what we do every day: understand, decide, build and take responsibility for AI — vendor-neutral, hands-on, with a hardware background. For companies, associations and training providers.

Certificate course at the IHK-Bildungshaus of the Stuttgart Region Chamber of Commerce (IHK)

AI System Owner (IHK) — from AI tool to your own system

From someone else's tool to your own AI system: you don't program — you commission, decide and sign off, like the owner of a building project. Ten modules from how AI works through law, architecture and cost to governance and roll-out. A building block for the AI literacy required by the EU AI Act (Art. 4). Held in German.

  • •Starts 9 November 2026 · second run from 15 February 2027
  • •60 teaching units in 10 modules · 15 mornings, Mon + Fri 8–12 · online
  • •No technical background needed, no programming
  • •Concludes with the IHK certificate “AI System Owner (IHK)”
  • •Lecturers: Serkan Bicen, Johann Dürr

Corporate training — in-house or online

Compact seminar, 4 units

AI — what is allowed and what is not?

Working with generative AI on safe legal ground: EU AI Act for SMEs, labelling obligations, data protection and copyright on real cases — with a checklist “allowed / with labelling / off-limits”.

2 days of 8 units, individually or as a package

AI content training for technical companies

Day 1: use it productively — turn specifications into customer benefit, international markets, recruiting, hands-on workshop on your own case. Day 2: take responsibility safely — AI Act in practice, sensitive data and NDAs, sovereign alternatives, your own one-page AI policy.

Serkan Bicen

Your lecturer

Serkan Bicen, founder of NeuroVexon, himself an IHK-certified AI Manager (IHK Stuttgart, 2026) and lecturer for the IHK-Bildungshaus of the Stuttgart Region IHK. A career changer from social work, today a chip designer: with his team he has taken an in-house NPU design all the way to hardware proof on FPGA — which is why he explains AI from the hardware to the application, without buzzwords.
